If the athlete is looking to do summer clinics or online training, workouts are at Endicott College's strength training room. For personal training, workouts take place at the client's home for their best connivence.
Depending on desired package, DSP offers high-level training with the head of Endicott College's athletic training staff for a competitive, but affordable price.

In order to get the most out of the 10-week long training camp, it is advised that trainees sign up and start prior to mid-June. With DSP's flexibility and versatility, athletes may join throughout the summer, but may receive a shorter plan unlike the 10-week training plan. Camps start up in June and run through early August.
